Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.- Checkout time is: 1:00 p.m.
It is our policy to take a deposit on each RV site and tent site when a reservation is made. A deposit equivalent to the amount of your
first nights stay is required to make a reservation for an RV site or tent site. Deposits can be done with a Visa, Master Card, Discover,
or personal check. There is a 3 night minimum reservation on Holiday weekends.
Rates allow 1-4 people per site. For each additional person there is a $ 2 per night charge. All guests and vehicles must be
registered. Two vehicles allowed per site. Additional vehicles must have prior permission.
Reservations will be held until 10:00 a.m. the following day the reservation is to commence. Checks must be received 14 days prior to
the reservation start date on all sites; or the reservation is cancelled. At check-in, the full amount of the reservation is due. The
deposit will be applied towards the rental period.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are not issued for the discomforts of nature and are at the sole discretion of the management.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the reservation. If more than a 14-day notice is given, the deposit will be returned less a
$2 service charge.
